Enabling authentic arriving.

Coach Facilitator Author

My path led me from Munich via Vienna and St. Gallen, and in 2019 through Moscow to Bangkok. I've been working in the corporate world here for years, discovering life day by day in a way I find deeply rewarding.

Through Authentic Arriving — a space for coaching and facilitation where reflective questions and honest conversations help people and teams grow — I sharpen my philosophy and my work.

I believe the most important things in life unfold on their own. They arrive when we create the right conditions — through honest dialogue, presence, and sometimes a well-placed AI prompt.

Over many revisions of this book, I developed an AI practice I call Agentic Journaling — an interplay of many outer and inner voices, in which we integrate ourselves.

Learning to Arrive — my literary memoir about travelling half the world, where I learned: arriving is not a place, but a way of being.
